Message	Brembo told me it didn't matter as long as the vanes are correct. The way that his rotors are mounted now aid in better pad life. However better brake performance will yeild with the outter portion of the slot touching the pad first. In any event the performance diffrence is very small. Hence why some brake kits also mount the rotors that way IE I think stop tech.
